Our special offer ‘Tour of the palace and wine tasting’ is a wonderful opportunity to spend your day in a friendly atmosphere, get to know about the history of wine making and learn the basics of wine drinking. You will also visit the main halls and sitting rooms of the Konstantinovsky palace, find out about its owners’ lives, tragic years of destruction, grandiose restoration works and about the present day of the State Complex the National Congress Palace.
