From June 28 to July 1, 2023, a rich program was held at the State Complex "Palace of Congresses" among the participants of the fourth set of the Federal Personnel Reserve of the leadership of the military-industrial complex. Lectures for the participants were held in the conference halls of the Baltic Star Hotel. On June 30, 2023, in the Marble Hall of the Konstantinovsky Palace, the conference "Management of the Defense Industry production enterprise in new realities" was held. Representatives of the major companies such as SIBUR, Irkut Corporation, Shvabe, Russian Helicopters, TVEL, Rosatom and the United Metallurgical Company spoke to the participants. A cultural program was prepared for the guests – the excursions to the Konstantinovsky Palace.
