On May, 27 2020 The National Congress Palace celebrated its 17th anniversary.
The Konstantinovsky palace was founded by Peter I himself, but it received its second birth as a part of the State Complex ‘The National Palace’ in May, 2003, when its doors were opened to the first visitors on the day of the 300th anniversary of Saint Petersburg. Today the Complex can rightfully be considered as one of the main landmarks of the city.
The palace is always ready to welcome important guests, and this is the place where the meetings of the world leaders and major international conferences are being held in. Within 17 years excursions, exhibitions, concerts and social events have become a an integral part of the Complex. During its modern history, Complex has gained its own collection of Russian art.
Despite the fact that today visits to the National Congress Palace are temporarily suspended, our staff works every day to maintain the park, the villas of the Consular village and the Baltic Star hotel, to make the Complex ready to meet the guests at its full splendor.
